Welcome
Founded in 2016, Le Sex Lab conducts work on the intersecton between contempory art and sexuality. In its projects, it is dedicated to communiciating the principle conditions of human interaction, not only in visual form but through underlying thoughts, feelings and actions. A multidisciplinary media hub, the lab draws on, and reconcepts the boundaries between media, history and sexuality.
The lab draws from a number of fields, including comparative literature, art historical studies, classical anthropology, sociology, photography and theater. Partners include artists, editors, producers, filmmakers, and media organizations connecting the conversation about the ways of representing sexuality and greater perspective on the human condition.
